Quality Assurance

The NSSIT methodology is generic and covers the standard project life cycle:  project initiation, project planning, project execution and control, and project closeout.  In addition, the methodology accommodates a variety of types of projects covering the entire Consulting and System Integration (C&SI) product life cycle:  assessment, requirements gathering, high-level design, detail design and development, integration and acceptance testing, and deployment to production.

The entire methodology is documented in a standards manual that is created for each contract to ensure the processes employed meet the unique needs of the client. This manual is referred as the Contract Execution Plan (CEP).  The CEP covers the delineation of client business requirements, organizational relationships, the actual processes and tools to be used to execute the engagement, and overall governance.
